Wow, its been a few months since I last updated this site. I apologize to all those who checked out the site and saw no updates. I was in between opening up my new fitness center (Fitness By Kobi) and also dealing with the loss of my father. My father passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at 10 pm. He was my life, my friend and most of all my mentor. It is because of these two difficult tasks that i had no time to update this site. Well now that all is said and done and I put it all out there for you to read and reply, I only ask that you keep your bodies healthy, fit and strong. reply with any comments, questions, concerns, etc… that you have and I promise to listen and write back.
