After battling some hesitation issues with legs I decided I had to destroy them. Did a good old school routine to shock them and teach em who’s boss lol.

Leg Extensions – 5 sets of 15 reps at 90 pounds – of yea starting to feel the burn……

Smith Machine Squats – 5 sets – 2 sets with a plate on each side for 15 reps all the way down. Two sets with two plates on each side for 12 reps all the way down and 1 set of three plates on each side for 6 reps. Damn I hate you Mister Squats….

Leg Press – 4 sets of 10 reps with 5 plates on each side – not to bad and felt good

Stiff-Legged Deadlifts – 4 sets of 12 reps using 65 pound DB’s

Walking Lunges with 45 pound DB’s 15 strides x 3

Leg Extensions – 3 sets of 15 reps at 65 pounds – okay at this point I was dead and wet and done. But I cooled down on the treadmill for 20 minutes at a high speed. Then I jumped on some abs for 20 minutes and had a sick routine (did leg raises, crazy weighted sit-up’s, hip Thrusts and some basic crunches). I was done and sweaty but maintained composure and kept my eye on the prize….. Holler at me Tomorrow and ask how I am feeling….
