Started my day dreaming of working out. I needed this workout bad for my sanity and for some stress relief.

Military Barbell Presses – 4 sets – 1st and 2nd set I did with a plate on each side for 15 reps and the 3rd and 4th set I did one plate and a quarter on each side for 8 reps

Lateral DB Raises – 4 sets of 12 reps with 30 pounds

Upright Barbell Rows – 3 sets of 10 reps with a quarter on each side (thats a total of 95 pounds)

Seated DB Presses – 4 sets of 15 reps with 65 pounds

Machine Shrugs – 6 sets – 3 sets of 15 reps with 2 plates on each side and 3 sets of 10 reps with 4 plates on each side

Triceps:

Rope Pressdowns superset w/Dips – 4 sets of 15 reps (kept the weight the same on the pressdowns)

V-Bar Pressdowns – 4 sets of 8 reps (went very heavy and maintained strict form)

Skull-Crushers w/DB’s – 3 sets of 12 reps with 35 pounds
